need a little help for a big problem

Every time Xara Xtreme is closed my options ain't saved.

I have had this problem earlier , before a crash, it was solved then but I'm forgotten the solution and cannot find it anymore on this forum.
Who's memory is better and show me the way to solve this problem.


After one hour I found the former answer from Gary : save the template , I did not hit the default button....:-)

I've heard about somthing like this beofre could it be that you do not administrator rights under windows?
