Good Flash Tutorial Site

Was doing a "stumble" and found this Flash site which I thought it was a great resouse for the people that were learning flash and also for the more expeienced. The tutorials are all videos and there are about 30 to choose from. They all are varied from building preloaders to making an interface to play video movies. What i like about this site is that the action script that is used is well explained. Any way I think it is a good resource: http://216.174.107.224/
