    Some success, but I still don't see a way to paint along the side unless I build a new tube at 90 degrees. Rich

    Can you not copy and paste fringe at the required angle Rich? or am I trying to teach my granny how to suck eggs(Old saying)

    I rotated the leaf images 90 degrees, and made a tube with the resized images. The new tube was 200KB instead of 2.5MB. Rich
