available XAR format converter ?

Xara has been available for many years as a commercial program...
what I'm wondering is if anyone has ever released a program which
converted *.xar format files directly to other vector formats ?

As far as I know, there is no XAR format converter.

With .xar format having many fill types and transparencies that other programs cannot handle, I don't know if a converted file would look very much like the original .xar image.
