No I only know I was looking for the link for another reason, actually to see if there were any updates for 12 because of issues with .eps, and found that there were more.
I found out that the patch was to fix the Japanese edition as so no other information was released. I looked and I saw the patch but wasn't thinking about the abreviation as I only saw one, it could have been the code, instead of the country code.
