Just paid $98 and can't unlock my software

an feeling rather disappointed to say the least.

I get a box which asks me to enter my user id and password, and then a message 'Connect attempt failed'

I am definitely connected to the net, and have switched my firewall off briefly - anything else I can try. I have files I created using the trial that I really need to print today....

I know the feeling, happened to me with "the sims", they shipped the wrong
books with the CD`sm, so the codes were all wrong.

Hmm don`t you have to set a userid and password first?
Or came it with the package?

Firewall from microsoft also switched off?
maybe it needs cookies? So many possible factors.
Router firewall blocking etc etc etc, <sigh.>

Or the server on the other side isn`t working correctly
too many possibilities.

You get that message it you're in Windows and not logged in to the Administrator's account.
