Using Flash movies in HTML

if i want to creat a cards site in HTML, but the movies are from flash ....
can u help me how the tags should be....

Use Flash to generate the code. Publish the flash movie with your "publish settings" set to publish HTML. Then you can copy the code from the generated page and paste it into your desired HTML page.
