can you resize or crop

i got this program in hope of adding text to a pre existing image. for example i was wondering if i have a 400x200 image already if there was a way to add the text to it i have tried with my images i have and it tiles it as a background, can anyone hlp please

Welcome to the forum.

To use a background image of a specific size and have your Xara3D6 exported image that size. Set the framesize before importing the background image. See attachment. Let us know if you have more questions.
