How can i download help movies and new fonts?
when i start the download, i see this window

Welcome to the forum. Are you using Windows XP with Service Pack 2? You may need to make some changes to your internet settings. You may need to make changes to the Windows Firewall settings.

If you aren't using XP SP2, what other security software do you have?

May also be a data protection problem.

Hard to say without more information. Not knowing your experience with computers and the internet, it may be you have not connected to the internet if using a dial-up connection. Don't want to make you feel unwelcome by saying that , but we have had some new people that had that happen.

I'm using the same setup with Zone Alarm Antivirus on a cable modem. No problems downloading here. The only thing different with your setup from mine seems to be the Kaspersy AV. Try disabling it just while you download.
