While looking up an unknown file suffix on FileInfo.net, I checked to see what they said about .xar, and I found that they hadn't listed it.

Since they offered an update mechanism, I told them about the xar and x3d formats. They went to xara.com and found additional information (and also the "web" format), and have now posted entries for these file types.

They sent me a thank you note and asked me to verify that their entries were accurate. I told them that I was a user of Xara, and not affiliated with the company, so I thought I'd mention it to you so you could check what they've posted about you.
