Webstyle 4.0 Install

Using WinXP Pro, 1gb RAM with Norton's SystemWorks 2003 and all kinds of antispyware software.

I have had Webstyle 4.0 for sometime now and my hard drive failed and was replaced. Now when I go to install Webstyle, it installs the program <not on C-drive as i use D-drive for installing programs>. I then reboot and start Webstyle from the desktop icon. It asks for the CD, then asks for the SN to register which I provide. At this time it should install the templates, but DOES NOT do that. It opens Webstyle which is useless without the templates. Copying the templates from the CD into the templates folder does NOT help.


Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. BTW xara has not responded with any help at all.

The last ticket you had open customer support replied to on January 21 2005. We received no further replies to that ticket.

I don't know where that was sent too, I sure never received it.
I have never got anything from customer support.
