an attempt to capture something of the earthly plane, my wife thinks it is upside down...I see heaps of things in it, she can't see anything. Maybe I have mucked around with it too long. I am going out to look at the real world....tao

I agree with your wife, it's upside down Have you tried a vertical flip and just looked at it that way?

Maybe it wants to be the design for a floor covering or table runner - in which cases there would be no top or bottom.

I find it very beautiful - please don't muck with it anymore. It is already alive with vitality.

    Roger

You and the missus are both wrong, I think the image needs to stand on end as a vertical.

Someday, it would be fun to see a series of steps that you take when you create an image (of course if you can remember what you did and in what order).

    Hi Roger,

Very lovely image. It reminds me of sunrise when I lived in the Smokey Mountains. From the mountain top looking down upon the fog in the valley was a beautiful sight.

a country scene where the sun is coming through on the left side and a small track to the right with hills in the background. And yellow and black sky. I hope art explained isn't like explaining a joke, of no use. I tried the vertical flip Deb but I did my back in. Gary I will do that someday. It is a very all over the place way I do it. I always start with a vector image and then to bitmap. Thanks Ross and Soquilli.

I see the sunrise in your image, and I think that I would be confused if you flipped it.

    ...of course, I'm confused easily...

    Hi Roger,

I saw it as as a stormy sky with rays of the sun breaking through, another lovely image thanks!
