    Here is an animation I drew tonight. My first complete attempt. I did something similar in PowerPoint a whole lot quicker but it won't be as useful for our intranet as this one.

    If you have Flash, you could create all the puzzle pieces in Xara, export them as SWF images and then assemble and animate them in Flash.

    The result would look the same but the file size would be very small and the image would animate almost instantly.

    That said, (blah blah blah) I like what you have done a lot and I think your solution is most clever.

    Thanks Tim and Gary.
    This one was all done in XaraX as I don't have Flash. Thanks for the info though because that would be a good reason to get it.

    You all may already know this.....but I had a revelation as I was putting this together. WORK BACKWARDS....I knew where I needed it to end up but was struggling with how to line it up before all the pieces were there. Thankfully I realized that I could build the last slide first and then start taking the pieces away. Whew! What a relief that was.
