I'd like to see an easier way of exporting Xara animations as flash. I hope that Xara does another patch that includes some new features.
I'd also like to see any improvemetns to Xara 3d.

They really dropped the ball when it comes to animation. Perhaps this was a good decision for them. Maybe they recognized that they were too far behind in that battle to catch up, so they focused on other things instead.
I would LOVE it if Xara animation included tweening, which is pretty basic to most animation tools.
I also wish that Flash could export layered .ai files. I do a lot of animation in After Effects. If you import a layered .ai file into After Effects, it comes in as a layered file, and you can then animate each layer seperately. But I've discovered that it doesn't read Xara layers -- even if the Xara file is exported as an .ai file. So I'm forced to work in Illustrator when I want to do After Effects work.
There are other programs -- like Zaxwerks Invigorator -- that can also work with layered .ai files.
