Xara update?

I have had Xara X since it was released. Has there been any talk of an updated version?

A month or so ago there was a post of a message received from Xara stating that after the Webster 4 release they planned to address Xara X.

That is about all we have heard.

But there is some hope in that.

Will they ask us users for suggestions for the next Xara update? It would be cool if they did. :-)

There are several topics in this conference with feature requests and Xara actually asked for the link to the thread, so...

Here is a Link to a consolidated feature request list compiled by Sheffield Abella. It will give you, and anyone else who is interested in this thread, an idea of what has already been stated.

and when Webster 4 is released we can all start wagging our tails and chomping at the bit. I DO hope they at least are kind enough to post a list of what's being implemented and improved upon, considering we all have put so much time and effort into this list as well as a myriad of post's showing not just a hankering for WHEN a new release is due but support. I love my XaraX but I want one with some bug fixes and 3D lights and bump maps added in as well as some updated and added on to import/export filters and I will be a pretty happy camper indeed!! http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif
