The SN is on my registered copy list along w all of the programs I've purchased. Everything appears normal on that list.

I don't know what's up. Still no response from Xara support.

I get all excited when a new upgrade comes up and all the new content and I can't wait to get it... I never remember what a pain it is to get their programs to even install correctly. At least I have the previous versions to work with.
