Haven't posted here in a while!

Simple question:

I have uploaded my home page yet it still wont update the changes:

My old home page: http://guineapigsaustralia.com/ (its still there)

I uploaded my new one and it has index.htm example: (http://guineapigsaustralia.com/index.htm) at the end.

Now do I need to delete a file on my computer where the website files are saved? Do I need to rename the home page?

I just want the new home page to overtake the old one.

Any help would be awesome.
