jvila, the clock that I did is made up of three frames, two of which are running at 30 seconds intervals. The secondhand makes a complete 360° rotation while the minute and hour hands are being moved just slightly to represent where they would be located during that 60 seconds. This gives the appearance that they are traveling at different speeds. I have attached a sample file that will give you a better idea of what I'm talking about. Note: you need to remember to name each hand separately.

Tom, to answer your question, the clock that you are referring to was done with Xara which is strictly a graphic animation software. The original clock that I did was done with a flash animation software that allows me to add action script, and that's what made it possible for the clock to keep track of time.
