Need some help setting up Lightbox 2

For some reason the lightbox2 code isn´t working on my testing site. I don´t know if it´s a js conflict or something else but i need some help to make it work.

I´ve just added manually rel="lightbox" title="my caption" to the link to activate Lightbox2.
All needed js files are correctly added to the head section. But meh...it doesn´t work.
