Access Violation
I'm still using Xtreme Pro Version 4.
Have a file....black and white drawing, fairly simple, using a few live effects, had it open earlier today, program told me I didn't have the proper live effects installed. Closed the file, made sure the live effects plug-ins were installed, tried to reopen the file and can't do it.
Every time I get an "access violation" error and the program must be closed. I tried clicking the continue option but it just keeps giving me the error again and again.
What can I do to get the file open?
I've tried opening backup copies of the file, same issue.
Am attaching jpg of the error as well as the 'offending' file.
Thanks for any info you can provide.....and thanks for being here every two years or so when I have a question!!!
