Xtreme to Corel

Hi, i need your help, what is the best way to export from xara to corel draw?
my niece designed some birthday invitations and i made them in xtreme and a guy a work in the print room has kinkly volunteered to print them for me but he uses corel draw x4 and asked me for the file in a format he can use in corel i've exported in various file extensions .pdf, .ai. .eps and none will open correctly in corel, is there are way to do this or am i spinning my wheels trying?
