    Default real to virtual

    Hi,

I am currently trying to create a new logo for use on paper, business cards and the web.
My logo is a maple leaf which I use for almost 15 years now.

Attached you can see the digital versions I used so far. The ones in the upper row are the ones used already. The current one is the photograph of a real leaf my daughter found in front of the house.

Idea for the new logo is one showing both the real as well as a digital version which proves more difficult than I imagined. Well, personally I think that the last one is the only one worth mentioning but I feel that something is missing .... Regarding the digital half I tried to create something comic style but failed. Looks like I can only think technical ...

If anybody has an idea how to present the change from real to virtual better within that single leaf I would be happy to read about it.

If you want to see the current stuff around the leaf you can look at www.herling.com.

    Thanks,
    Juergen
