1. You own the Computer/s
I own a pc and laptop, the company owns the other pc
My home pc and company pc currently have XX, XXP3 and XXP4 installed.
My laptop does not have any version installed but once I have XXP4 on CD, it will be!

2. You own the license/s
Company has paid for licenses.
I have paid for licenses.
All the licenses carry my name. But the one set lists the company name/address/email as the contact/purchase info
Each time test and try an Xara product at home, I end up buying it.
Then I go into the office and buy a copy for the office.

3. You are the only user
CORRECT. The three machines are in my sole control. No other people can log on to my equipment.

Since I am the SOLE USER of all the equipment/software, and do not use multiple computers at the same time, I COULD have LEGALLY used only one XXP4 license to cover all three installations. I just choose not to do that. I choose to force the company I work for to buy their own copy. Personal decision. Others may choose not to do that.
