Hi, I never knew we had a photographic forum in TG. Sledger thought it would be good Idea to post my web link here of my bluesfest shot.

If anyone is interested these were my settings. It was not great light but I used Canon 5D with a 70-200 for nearly all stage shots, ISO 800-1600, M mode, auto focus, spot metering, f2.8, and adjusted the timing to suit the lighting conditions or the ISO. Shot in RAW and processed through Lightroom.
Didn't take any notice of what the camera was telling me except to check every now and again an image on the back. The lights were changing to quickly for the camera. 1-3 song each performer.
My favorites were Buddy Guy, Lee Ritenour, and the Black Crows but overall it was a well creased show with some great performances.
Outside night shots I used the flash in M mode 24-70, f5.6, ISO 800, timing 1/6th. I like the slight blur this setting creates and it gives me plenty of light...thanks taojones
