Another picture done the same way as my halloween pic.
Not entirely finished, but good enough to show. A bitmap fill used for the hat and coat.
Just wanted to draw the eyes under a shadow of a hat, plus the blowing hair...
A line art scan, coloured in Xara. The hat, the band around the hat, the flower, coat and buttons on the coat are all linked to the same colour. So changing the outfit to something different is a snap.
