Red = 10
Green = 99
Blue = 11
Result a named colour.

How to do in Designer Pro X or PGD ?
Open the Colour Editor.
Click on the Luggage Label icon.
Input the name of your colour.
Click on the icon to the right of the Luggage Label. to expand the dialog window.
Change any of the colour models.
Input into the RGB one your separate % values or any with the # hex values instead.
