URGENT : Corrupted CDR file repair

Hello Friends !

Last night I successfully saved one corel X4 file. But when i tried to reopen it in the morning, the file failed to open and the error message read "Error reading ~File Location~ .cdr file." The size of the file is 1.85 gb and it contains a lot of images with text content.

I tried 7-8 recovery tools available on internet but they failed to repair/recover the file and displayed the message "Unable to read the file". I also tried the winzip method of extracting riffdata.cdr file, but it didn't worked too.

And to my surprise, both original and backup files are not opening and giving the same error message.

I request you all to help me as i have spent days to complete this file and i have no other backup of this file.

Hi Steve !

I tried the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the mentioned link but it didn't helped me.
The auto-backup is turned on.
