    That's a beautiful photo.

But... Ha ha ha ha ha ha!

I'm not scared of spiders and bugs and things like that.

Snakes are the things that give me the heebie jeebies!

Larry - That is major creepy.

Rik - This is for you then. Needless to say, it kept Mary out of her studio for a while.

That proves that you're a kind gentleman, Larry.

Well, me an Mary could have enjoyed a cool drink on the terrace, whilst you removed that funny looking door lock!

I took this photo in July 2011 in the middle of a field of lavender whilst on holiday in the Vaucluse, South France

    I love spiders
If someone tried to make me dig my own grave I would say No.
They're going to kill me anyway and I'd love to die the way I lived:

Gary even though I don't have a fear of snakes I think that would keep me out too.

The only spiders I like are tarantulas which are really very benign and only attack if they feel threatened. Some people even make pets of them.

But if you really want to be creeped out, check out centipedes (Photo from Google Images) These critters can get as long as 4-6 inches and are almost indestructible. They get into your house while very small, about 1/2 inch, and then grow rapidly as they feed of spiders and crickets. I keep a pair of centipede extractors (pliers) next to the bed for transferring these horrors from the floor to the toilet where they cease to be a problem.
