Keith - About the Font is always the first place I check. I have also noticed many publishers now are giving credit to the book designer on the copyright page.

As this font is based upon a very old cut (mid-1500s or so), I think you'll find a more extensive--and free--version on Google fonts. It's been redrawn a few times over the decades.
