I guess I'm just lucky, I found no difference in seeing them, they all popped up like all your stereograms. I first saw a stereogram in a mall in the 70's, once I was able to see the image, I've always been able to see them quickly.

on my LG monitor: red first -green-purple more or less together - orange last
on the cintiq pro: purple and green first - then red - orange last
with different colour calibrations srgb and adobe-rgb respectively
monitor upright on desk, cintiq flat on desk[well around 10deg give or take] so different ambient light conditions
FTR: my colour vision is good, should that be relevant

Easiest/quickest to see was green, hardest/longest were the purple and red. The one I liked/enjoyed the most was the orange one (top left).

Purple easiest, then green & orange, red hardest.
No difference for me I cannot see any of them which is weird because before my eye problems I could make out the slightest color nuances.
