It is both , the programme and the fact I am completely new on website designing .
I just want to build a website to sell my cds and dvds .

Xara offers this: https://www.xara.com/uk/web-designer/templates/ but you do not get to interact with them.

then I would suggest you seek out existing websites that are already doing what you want to do

try and get a few, because there will be bad as well as good
