Graphic Design for my website

I am not using any xara products. I am a new member in this forum and I apologise if this is not the right place to ask this question I recently came through these websites for design and graphic suggestion can anyone tell me if these are the good websites?

You go onto the sites and others like https://nicepage.com/templates and you search for examples that have been made with a tool through each of the forums there and you form a judgement on the tool used and if you can use it or even afford it.
The links you Posted are only describing styles of sites. You need to focus on what you want to display then find out how to.
