Welcome Stephen, I once had to support 16,000 international users single-handedly for 9 months and I was able to deal with AUS and JPN users early morning and western seaboard US early evening. Perhaps Xara can stretch their support hours to cover non-UK users?

Well not wishing that for Stephen

It is a cruel job a little bit troubleshooting cases at late evening or early morning in Europe, because the issue came from the other side of the globe. People have families who wait the worker at home

Admitting that the globalization brought the need for such support, once had to work even at Christmas, but no thanks if possible. No money can equalize that
