    Default Re: Notification bar

I used motw, it works and message didn't appear anymore, but, I am facing the alert bar when I used that site inside a Microsoft program.
We developed a software that shows some web pages created by me, the ones I faced the alert message when I started this thread, now after using covoxer advice page works fine but not inside our software, I suppose the software is using its own browser or an old IE version.
I don't know how I am going to tackle it but maybe We'll have not to use webpages but still images or something like that, I don't know.
This week xara pages have been fighting with me hehehehe, let's see If they defeat me or not, if somebody has any idea it will be really welcome.
    Thank you very much.

Only guessing here. If this only happens when reading directly from files (and not from a local web server as Xara's preview provides) this might be worked around with a setting of the internet options.
Unfortunately I have no English system to check for the correct translation.
It should be on the 'Extended' (in german: Erweitert) tab.
It is in the category 'Security' (in german: Sicherheit).
The name might be 'Allow execution of active content in files on local computer' (in german: Ausführung aktiver Inhalte in Dateien auf lokalem Computer zulassen)

I think this could affect not only the internet explorer but other Microsoft products as well.

Please note that there is a separate option for content from CD.
