So frustrated with the Feather Tool. Seems to only exist in the button pallet

before you reset - look here:



when you do:

if it's not ticked tick it and restart the program

if it's ticked - untick it, and restart the program and then tick it again


but if if that fails I guess you will have to reset, it may be glitched

in my XDPX12 ticking the box is the only way to get the feathering bar - it is not operable on the palette
