Website Design Fail

From one of my favorite "deal of the day" websites, www.woot.com

The web designer has designed all the drop down menus to open to the right so the three menus on the right side are obscured by the end of the browser. No scroll bars. They thanked me for pointing this out about a month ago but don't seem in a hurry to fix this.

The designer is OK with this?
The owner is OK with this?
Says a lot, about it all.

Not that it will do anything, I've given feedback on their website.

The owner of WOOT! by the way is Amazon.com! They purchased WOOT! about 4-5 years ago.
