    I'd replace the moving circles by in-situ crossfades between them. That would be less distracting and would avoid passing under the navigation text (making the navigation hard to read/use).

    I do like it, but I get a bit of a slow lagging feeling about the whole site. Maybe it has to do with the transition of the slider, possibly make it move faster.
    Also our members page, the pictures appear very slow, you can speed that up too.
