New Version of Photo & Graphic Designer

I am having a few problems that so far I cannot quite figure out.
1. Is it possible to create a custom shaped mold if so how do I get it into the mold tool?
2. I cannot find the Xara Picture Editor or how to put 3rd party plugins such as filter forge, has it been renamed in 365?

afaik larry custom moulds are still done like this:

but to be honest I haven't looked at that featute in 365

Can't think of any reason why this should have changed. What shape are you trying to use?
