    Default Background behind transparent portions of png attaches and moves with png.

    Background behind transparent portions of png attaches and moves with png on scroll. This does not happen in WD9, but does in WD10 & WD11. Does anyone have a fix for this? See attached photo. Circular Logo should be free floating, and should not have moved a square of background on scroll.
