Aero-Busy 16x16 px

I'd like to create an animated PNG file based on "aero_busy.ani" (in C:\Windows\Cursors).
"aero_busy.ani" does not contain 16x16 images. Can I find this size in some other Windows folder?
I know I can resize the images in "aero_busy.ani", but I'd rather use original 16x16 if possible.

I'd appreciate your help.

Is there such a thing as an animated PNG? I know there is an animated GIF. And how do you plan to use this?

@Gary, yes, there are animated PNGs. APNG is the file format.
