Yes I have the same problem I had to reformat my hard drive and both my activation are used with the same computer Ive been making tickets and not answer i use this software for my business and ive been stuck for over a day now
pLease some please help , xara please help this is not right that xara could a person business my email

Xara support doesn't work over the weekends, however we have replied to your ticket. Please also note that sending 1 email an hour won't speed the process up either.
