Default Is there something like a Xara Designer school?

Using Xara for many years but still my skills are quite amateurish. Tutorials for specific problems are everywhere but what I need more is a kind of course that offers a line of exercises and tasks, that guide users in step by step improving their skills, to also learn things that I normally have no use for. Does something like that exist anybody who knows?

XaraXone. There are tons of tutorials on an incredible array of topics. And be sure to look at the archives for golden oldies.

The xaraxone tutorials are very well written, easy to understand, and every step is explained very carefully. If you think anything is unclear in the tutorials, ask Gary Priester (above), and he should be able to clear it up for you.

I would also recommend Gare's (Gary Bouton) videos as well there great and entertaining to watch as well. Your're spoiled for choice so no boring lectures at all.
