question about photoshop filters

is this good to use filters on Photoshop for making image beautiful and make some changes on the photos.

Yes, It's that simple. I like to think some pictures that I have taken of views of hills in Scotland are just about OK. You have an idea of how you want that view to look but when you get home and you view in Bridge/Lightroom it does not have that atmosphere that you thought it had. They only way to get that in if you have the right composition is to use PS and maybe tweak it with plugins or blending modes to get the atmosphere and texture that you want.
