There are times when it is helpful to mail a form via PDF that the recipient can fill and submit. JotForm offers this new solution which in part of the JotForm form utility. The service is free for a fixed amount of submissions per month or paid if you expect to receive over that amount. I believe the fixed number is 100 or 10 if you opt for the secure submission.
