Dictionary

I have by mistake added a misspelled () word to the dictionary. How do i get to the dictionary file to remove it?

while i am there i have noticed a few medical names i use are in there but they need a capital so i would like to change them if possible>

the seat of the pants answer to that is to edit the user dictionary file

[there may be an easier way - but I don't know it if there is]

you will need to have show hidden files set in widows explorer and then
in XP the default path is
C:\documents and settings\yourusername\local settings\application data\xara\xtremepro\6.1\

and the file is called userdict - it is editable in notepad

in vista and win7 the path will be different I would think

I guess an alternative is to do a search for it

Try C:\Program Files\Xara\Xara Designer Pro X10\dict\xara.dict.
