Thanks for the input. I think that I might have done a "Join" at one point. Executing a "Break," I see that I actually have three lines. I'll see what I can to to make them a single line ... then I suppose that they will properly close and create a shape.

I just looked at the file and mine was one line, and I found the two open points and it closed just fine.
