Newbie -- How to publish to the web space to preview

I guess I'm mississing something. Just purchased Web Designer 9. I've created several documents and linked the nav bar to link to each page and exported them. But how do I Publish the pages? It seems easy enough but whatever I try isn't working. Thank you in advance for your help.

How do you publish the pages to the Internet? Or how do you preview the pages/site on your computer?

1. When you say document, do you mean a Xara .WEB file with several pages or any old document that you want your Xara design to open when published?
2. Is the NavBar part of each of the Xara .WEB file pages?
3. Are the NavBar links to the Page filenames or the documents?
4. Have you set up your Publish to... details or are you uploading your Export files with an FTP application?
