Default Help with notation of - 1 page partly hidden by print borders

Hello, I have designed a needlepoint canvas and want to print with my Epson 1900 to a custom size. I keep getting the notation - "1 page partly hidden by print borders". I have set the custom page size in Xara and printer options as the same. My trial print prints, but the last inch or so of the design is not printing. I can't use "Best Fit" as it changes the size of the design. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Most printers do not print to the page borders. There is usually a small area on the outer edges of the page that won't be printed.

Go to Window > Show Print Borders. This will display the printer borders for your default printer. Make sure the content you wish to print is within the inside border.

My Epson Artisan printer will print borderless, I'm not familiar with the 1900 but you should be able to find out if there is a borders/borderless setting by clicking the printer button on the print dialogue to launch the print set up and then click properties. This should open the settings for your printer and if it can do borderless prints you should find a setting there. Also in the properties make sure the paper is set to the correct type you have loaded in your printer.

You will need a border to transfer your pattern onto your cloth to hold it down so go with Gary's suggestion. Turn on your "Show Print Border" and scale your picture to fit by clicking on the padlock icon on the top menu bar to lock the aspect ratio, keeps the drawing to the same proportion although it is smaller. After making your picture smaller to fit your printer driver you might want to correct your line thickness's as they will reduce, - Ctrl+A, so select all and then go up to the top menu again and select that line thickness you want. - would go with min. of 1pt. for your job.
    Design is thinking made visual.
