You might have accidentally increased the Tracking setting. Tracking adds or subtracts space between characters.

ive got that font* but there are no spaces between the characters

Yep, I have both fonts used, none type with extra character spacing for me in the OPs doc.

I have only seen this when I have imported a PDF, and usually either an ID or Quark PDF. While the PDF is correctly displaying things, the type has been altered in the originating application via tracking/kerning. Once opened in something like Xara or Serif products, some characters are spread wide and do not show tracking/kerning in the receiving application.
I usually just copy and paste offending text into a text editor, recreate the text frame and paste the text back in from the text editor.

It works here as well, looks like I had to close Xara and open again... not sure why that happens sometimes.
Second problem I solved by converting text to editable shapes, it exported correctly.
