Error message - new DP-9

Downloaded DP-9 and reg program - opened program and went to Design Gallery and tried to view some of the goodies but get error message that ends in "Please connect to the internet". Obliviously. I am connected to the internet or I couldn't send this. ??? - jb

Trying rebooting your PC and and see if that helps?

Now, how about - When I bring a photo into Xara and do whatever I want with it - put text, etc. - it is of high quality and the text is very smooth. But when I export the photo as a .jpg at 300 DPI and then open in another program, including Xara, the quality is poor and the text is all jagged as it used to be years ago. How do I maintain the quality and smooth text? - jb
